Freedom of Contemporary Nations

This year we have competed 73 years of independence. But with each passing year we are all getting more and more irresponsible and are taking things way more lightly than before.Being independent we have forgotten who our real heroes are , being independent has given us the right to disrespect our elders , being independent has given the right to throw acid on anybody ; being independent has given us the right to cross limits!

At present we are all self occupied that we don't even have time to talk to the ones who are sad;who are going through a lot! Today the national holidays are seen only as a source of entertainment wherein we hoist flags , wear new clothes , gather and have fun. But none of us gives a thought to martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our safety and well being. We have changed the definition of freedom. Just as our heroes we should think not only about our happiness but for everyone's happiness and should take care of that. The ones who fought for us never bothered of themselves. They wanted our nation as a whole to sleep peacefully!

This year lets reframe the definition of freedom. Lets take care of all our brothers and sisters and salute all our heroes whole heartedly.
